Privacy Policy – KeldoSweep Storage Cleaner

Last Updated: June 26, 2026 | Effective Date: June 26, 2026

1. Overview & Acceptance of Policy

This privacy notice governs all usage of KeldoSweep Storage Cleaner, an Android utility app built to free up device storage by scanning junk cache, residual app files, duplicate media, unused APK installers and oversized redundant documents. This document fully discloses every practice around data collection, local file access, data processing, storage and protection when you interact with KeldoSweep.

By downloading, installing, launching KeldoSweep, granting storage access permissions and running any storage scan or cleanup workflow within the app, you voluntarily acknowledge and agree to every clause laid out in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any provision contained herein, you must discontinue all use of KeldoSweep and uninstall the application immediately.

KeldoSweep adheres strictly to Google Play User Data Policy, Google Data Safety Form standards, EU GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA and U.S. COPPA regulations. Our core privacy commitment is transparent local-only processing: every file scan, classification and cleanup operation runs entirely on your mobile hardware. We will never automatically transmit your private photos, personal documents or confidential media files to any remote cloud server without your separate, explicit written consent.

2. Full Permission Disclosure & Purpose Statement

Exclusive Required Permission: MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (All Files Access)

KeldoSweep requests NO additional dangerous or sensitive permissions, including contacts, SMS, call logs, camera, microphone, background location, calendar or notification access.

2.1 Technical Necessity of All Files Access Permission

Android’s standard scoped storage APIs cannot fully traverse hidden cache directories, app residual folders, external SD storage and all partition directories on your device. Without the MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE all-files permission, KeldoSweep cannot complete full-device deep scans to detect hidden junk files, leftover uninstall data, duplicate images/videos and large unused files — the core functionality the app is built to deliver.

2.2 Restrictions on How We Use Storage Access

  • KeldoSweep only reads file metadata: file names, storage paths, file formats and file size values to identify clutter for manual user review and deletion.
  • The app never parses, previews, extracts or reads the internal visual, text or confidential content stored within your private photos, personal videos, encrypted documents and sensitive user files.
  • No file deletion happens automatically; every junk file candidate is displayed to you for manual selection before any removal action executes.
  • All file scanning and sorting logic runs locally on your device’s CPU and memory; no raw file data or file content is uploaded to external servers during scanning.
  • You retain full authority to revoke the All Files Access permission at any time via your Android system App Settings. Once revoked, all storage scan and cleanup functionality inside KeldoSweep will cease operating entirely.

2.3 Zero Extra Sensitive Permissions Declaration

KeldoSweep does not request, prompt for or obtain access to any other Android runtime permissions. We never request access to your contact list, text message history, call records, real-time location, device camera, recording microphone or personal calendar data at any point during app use.

3. Categories of Information We Gather

3.1 Voluntarily Submitted User Information

  • Feedback text and device descriptions you submit via the in-app help form to report scan failures, app crashes or functional defects
  • Optional email address you share solely to allow our support team to follow up and resolve your technical tickets
  • Local custom scan preferences you configure inside KeldoSweep: filter rules, file sorting orders and temporary scan cache stored exclusively on your device

3.2 Anonymous Technical Data Collected Automatically

  • Device hardware & system metadata: Android OS build version, device brand/model, KeldoSweep app version, total and remaining internal storage capacity
  • Anonymous Advertising ID (GAID): Used only to deliver non-personalized free in-app advertisements; you can fully disable this tracking through Android system privacy settings
  • Aggregated de-identified crash and performance logs: Error reports to resolve scanning bugs and improve app stability; logs contain zero raw private file or media content from your device storage
  • Unlinked usage analytics: Anonymous records of scan frequency, total junk volume cleared and feature interaction clicks; none of this statistical data can be traced back to you as an individual user

3.3 Data We Will Never Collect Under Any Circumstance

KeldoSweep does not capture or store personal identifiable information such as full legal names, login credentials, bank account numbers, government ID records, third-party app account data or private chat content from other installed mobile applications.

4. Legitimate Purposes for Processing Collected Data

Every dataset we collect is processed only for narrow, defined service objectives. We will not repurpose or reuse your information for unrelated commercial activities without your separate, written explicit consent.

  • Deliver core full-storage cleaning functionality: Traverse device storage via authorized all-files access, classify junk and redundant media so you can manually select and delete files to reclaim available device space
  • Optimize cross-device compatibility and app runtime performance: Fix scanning crashes, accelerate full-storage scan cycles and adapt KeldoSweep to run smoothly across all Android device brands and system API versions
  • Maintain free app distribution for all users: Display non-targeted contextual advertisements via Google AdMob; scanned file metadata will never be utilized to build personalized user ad profiles
  • Resolve user technical support inquiries: Review your submitted feedback and troubleshoot scan permission errors, compatibility bugs and other usage issues reported to our team
  • Fulfill all legal compliance obligations and mandatory Google Play platform review requirements to distribute KeldoSweep on the Play Store

KeldoSweep will never sell, rent, trade or license your device metadata and scanned file metadata to advertising agencies, data brokers or any commercial third-party businesses for monetary profit.

5. Third-Party SDK Partners & Data Sharing Rules

KeldoSweep only shares anonymized, non-personal technical statistical data with essential official Google third-party service vendors. All partner companies execute legally binding data protection agreements that prohibit unauthorized disclosure of your device and file metadata information.

Integrated Official Google SDK Tools

  • Google Firebase Crashlytics: Collect anonymous crash logs to repair runtime bugs and boost app stability; this SDK cannot access local private media, documents or full storage file contents saved on your mobile device
  • Google AdMob: Serve free in-app contextual non-personalized advertisements, process your anonymous advertising ID to control ad display frequency and limit repetitive pop-up ad interruptions
  • Google Play Billing: Process optional premium ad-free subscription upgrade orders; all payment transaction data is fully managed and securely stored by Google, and KeldoSweep never caches or retains any payment details on our backend systems

Mandatory Legal Data Disclosure Scenarios

We may release aggregated anonymous device statistical data solely when we receive valid court orders, official government regulatory requests, or when data disclosure is necessary to protect platform security, our legal intellectual property rights and the safety of end-user data.

6. Data Storage & Retention Timeframes

  • Temporary scan cache: Local file scanning indexes and preview records stored within KeldoSweep’s private app folder are automatically erased the moment you fully close the application
  • Anonymous crash & usage analytics logs: Retained on secure backend servers for a maximum of 12 months to support product iteration and optimization, then permanently purged from all cloud storage systems automatically
  • User feedback support records: Messages submitted via the in-app help form are stored for 90 calendar days to allow our support team to follow up on your inquiries, then fully deleted from all internal databases
  • Local user scan custom preferences: Filter and cleanup sorting rules you configure live exclusively on your mobile device, and remain saved until you manually clear KeldoSweep’s app storage cache or uninstall the software entirely

KeldoSweep does not enable automatic cloud synchronization or background upload of local device files by default. All scanned file metadata remains confined to your mobile hardware and will not be transmitted to remote servers unless you voluntarily submit feedback through the built-in support form.

7. Data Security Safeguards & Protocols

We deploy industry-standard technical and administrative safeguards to shield anonymous device data and local scan metadata records from unauthorized access, data leakage, tampering and permanent loss:

  • All network data transfers between your device and third-party SDK backend servers utilize TLS 1.3 end-to-end encryption to block interception during transmission
  • Third-party SDK data access is strictly isolated by Android runtime permission limits; external integrated tools cannot independently read full local storage files without your manually granted all-files access permission
  • Our backend staff data access controls require multi-factor identity verification and strict role-based authority restrictions to limit which team members can view aggregated anonymous statistical data
  • We conduct quarterly automated vulnerability scans on KeldoSweep’s source code and all data transmission pipelines to identify and eliminate potential security loopholes
  • A formal data breach emergency response protocol is established: We will notify all impacted end users and relevant local regulatory authorities within 72 hours if any unauthorized data exposure incident occurs

No digital storage or internet transmission system can guarantee perfect 100% data security at all times. We strongly recommend you set a secure screen lock password for your mobile device to prevent unauthorized third parties from physically accessing your local private files and media.

8. Your Controllable Privacy Rights

Every KeldoSweep user worldwide holds the following actionable privacy rights over data generated from your app usage:

  • Right to limit data collection: Toggle off anonymous crash log reporting and advertising ID tracking through your Android system privacy settings menu
  • Right to erase local app data: Clear all KeldoSweep scan cache, custom filter preferences and temporary file metadata records via your phone’s system application management panel
  • Right to withdraw storage consent: Revoke KeldoSweep’s MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE all-files access permission at any time in system App Settings; all storage scan and cleanup functionality will disable immediately after permission removal

9. CCPA Extra Rights for California Residents

If you reside in California, United States, you hold supplementary privacy rights laid out under the California Consumer Privacy Act and California Privacy Rights Act. You may submit a formal written request to receive full disclosure of all data categories we collected about your device identifier over the prior 12 months, and demand permanent deletion of all anonymous statistical data linked to your device GAID.

KeldoSweep never sells any personal identifiable user information, so there is no separate opt-out process for data sales. Exercising your CCPA privacy rights will not block your full access to all core free storage scanning and cleanup features inside the app.

10. GDPR Protections for EEA, UK & Swiss Users

Users located within the European Economic Area, United Kingdom and Switzerland receive full data subject legal protections under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You hold the legal right to object to data processing carried out under our legitimate business interest, and you may submit a formal written complaint to your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe KeldoSweep has violated official GDPR privacy standards.

All cross-border data transfers outside of European regional territories use European Commission approved Standard Contractual Clauses to maintain equivalent data protection compliance levels for EU-based users.

11. COPPA Rules for Users Under Age 13

KeldoSweep Storage Cleaner is designed and rated for users aged 13 and older. We will not intentionally collect personal identifiable data from children under 13 without verifiable written parental consent required by U.S. COPPA federal regulations.

If you are a parent or legal guardian and discover your minor child has downloaded and used KeldoSweep without your formal approval, please reach out to our dedicated privacy email listed below. We will fully delete all child-related stored feedback and statistical usage data within 14 business days after we verify your legal identity documentation.

12. Revisions & Updates to This Policy

We reserve the full right to revise and update this Privacy Policy on a regular basis to align with updated Google Play platform policies, global cross-border data protection legislation and functional adjustments made to KeldoSweep.

Material policy revisions that alter storage data access rules, all-files permission usage standards, third-party data sharing scope or sensitive user data processing requirements will be announced via in-app pop-up alert notifications at least 14 calendar days before the updated policy officially takes effect. Minor text wording corrections and formatting tweaks will only refresh the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page without separate advance user notifications.

Your continued use of KeldoSweep’s storage scan, duplicate media identification and file cleanup tools after the effective date of revised policy terms counts as your full voluntary acceptance of all updated privacy clauses.
